Good Morning to all the Avalanche people. I have a 2007 LT that I purchased new. It has 300,000+ on it. I have not had a lot of issues and nothing actual major. About 6 months ago the tire sensor light came on... of course which irritates me ... I figured the best is a tire shop visit... but in the process I noticed that that FOB has stopped working ..of course. The new batteries did not make a difference... to the FOB so I figured the better was tire shop visit. I bought new batteries and head to the tire store. After 2 days of tire store visit I got the same issue. The tire sensors all check good and are read and activate. The new batteries have know effect on the FOB. I can not get the restore to work on the dash control. So here is the question: How do I get to a point of knowing what is wrong? Did the tire sensors tell the FOB to not work? I have tried both FOB's same answer. The tire sensors were read with a "real" sensor unit.
Thanks
Bobby

The batteries in the TPMS sensors are usually good for 7-10 years.

If yours are original, I would say you are about due.

The batteries are not replaceable and new sensors will need to be purchased.

Thanks they were replaced a couple of years ago. The tire store can read them and activate them but the truck does not. If I go to remote setup on the dash the remote setup does not activate. I am following the owners manual.. The tire indicator on the dash is on

I have been out again and the truck will not go into learn mode .. I get the learn remote but it will not go into learn mode..
