After a great deal of work and luck, we have the opportunity to host the best Nationals this club has ever seen. And as a lot of work has already been done, there is still a lot to do.

Please join me March 2nd at my house for a meeting to push this GTG across the finish line.
We have agenda, and behind the scenes work that need to be addressed.
Please let me know if you plan on attending. I know there were several of you that told me you would be willing to help if we got this.

I hope this is enough notice.

I will provide the Pizza if you provide the hot bodies.

Not liking having to do a 100 mile round trip at night . I will see but trying to find someones home I have no clue where it is and doing all this at night just kind of leaves me out again. Skip does not see good at night to drive and I am not driving at this time due to a broken wrist. If it is healed by then and we can we will but again wish it could be during the day.

I talked with Aussie today.  We are all hooked up for Skype if I can use Chris' Router.

Also we should do some 2012 calender ideas too.
Anyone else want to Skype, PM me your Skype address.

Thanks,

Whoa!  I haven't been on line for awhile and I see nationals are going to be here.  That's cool!  I went to nationals a few years ago in Tennessee about a week after I got my Avalanche.  It was cool, we basically took over a hotel and the parking lot was full of Av's.  Some guys brought their trailers.  The place they did it had a banquet hall for meetings, awards, raffle and such.  There was a group dinner one night.  The hotel was the home base and each day there were different things scheduled.  That would be easy to do here.  They had an Avalanche show with awards for all the usual stuff, best 4x4, 2x4, stock, stereo, strobes and neon, paint and even setup some time at a local dyno for those who had big motors.  I should have more time to help with this by then.  Let me know if I can be of assistance.

Just saw the main post with ideas of stuff to do.  Might not be bad to have more than one cruise per day to give people options.  Salt Flats, Big Cottonwood over to Heber down to Provo and back, Antelope Island, Snowbird/Tram, fishing.  Maybe we could get some time a RMR for some runs.  Modding time, fixing time, maintenance time.  Any idea if people can 'camp' at the hotel in the parking lot?  Sorry if you all thought of this.  Just throwing stuff out there.
