cheap flights into Toronto then rent a car and drive...

You would have fun and could buy all sorts of MODS & PARTS on the cheap and bring home saving you money in the future.... plus you get get things for others and bring back for small profit.

Hmmmmm...this might be doable!  Will talk to the wife...it'll hinge on her Grandparents family reunion/anniversary party.  They sometimes hold it that late in the summer.  I love the falls - though admittedly the Canadian side is MUCH nicer than the US side. :)
 
i'm still mad i missed detroit! i'm in for this one! been a while since i've been to a gtg, can't wait!

Rates will be up shortly, I am still beating up the Manager of the Hotel for a better rate.
(She has been pretty good with all my other requests so far)
As for the campground, They are working on a percentage discount for the sites as the rates vary so much between types.
 
I think I'll fly. Cheaper and I can be there in 2 hours

I grew up next to the RR tracks, I enjoyed the rumble of trains real close to my NF KOA campsite.  :D 

Niagara Falls is about 3 hrs from the Blue Water Bridge at Port Huron/Sarnia or Detroit/Windsor.
Canada is south, east or north from Michigan, depending on which bridge you cross to Ontario.

Cause I'm dam good!  I copied that from the website for the border crossing site,  Wonder how long its been since that site has been updated, they started issuing them here in 2010, was supposed to be a mandated thing in 2012 then changed again to 2014, eventually every one in the United STates will have the EDL or secure driver license, if you don't have one, you will not be allowed entrance into ANY government building, bank, airport, stuff like that.  Thank You Homeland Security, lol.
