Come one, come all, to the 2015 Chevy Avalanche Fan Club of North America?s national get together in beautiful Pigeon Forge TN. Fun for all ages, this get together will offer events that cater to Av?ers young and old. Whether your idea of a good time is playing poker with a few AVsome friends, seeing how fast you can get a Go-Cart to go around a slick track, or kicking back and relaxing amidst the beauty of the Great Smokey Mountains, this get together could be just for you.

As a further detailed schedule is assembled and other fun events are planned, this thread will be updated with many new posts. You never know what you might encounter at the 2015 National Get Together, but rest assured you wont go home without having fun!

The chosen charity beneficiary this year has been set as the Sevier County Food Ministries. There will be a charity raffle at this years get together and all proceeds will go directly to the beneficiary.

Be sure to check this thread periodically for new updates and events. The itinerary will never be 100% set in stone, so be sure to watch for new events as well as alterations to current events as needed.

Lets make the 2015 National Get Together a memorable time for everyone. I look forward to meeting each and every one of the attendees and I hope to see all of our AVsome family members out there this summer 2015!

Here are just a few of the exciting events that could await your arrival this summer!

If you're considering a cruise to the Dragon, Don't do it on the weekend. Traffic is terrible.

Thanks Mike  (y) I'm looking at a group cruise to the Biltmore Estate as well. Probably on Friday, since the show n shine is Saturday. The dragon could be a good cruise as well for those that want to do it. I get enough curvy roads here in WV, so I don't know that I would participate in the "Dragon"  >:D

Where are you at??

We have made it to 3 of the last 4 Nationals (We attended our first a month after we got our Avy)

We live in Windsor, ON and have attended many smaller GTG's from Ontario, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Georgia,

There is nothing quite like a large (National GTG) to get you hooked on going, the fun events and the friendships created are AVesome!

That being said there are lots of smaller GTG's throughout the year in almost all areas, Most Canadian events are held in higher populous areas to attract more members. (Toronto, Edmonton, etc...)

My mom and aunt own a house just outside Gatlinburg. They are thinking of selling but I doubt they will soon. It's only a 11ish hour drive...

But unfortunately 1. I have my kids that weekend and 2. That is the busy time for work and I really shouldn't take any time off.

I wish I could go though!!!

As of now we're out, but you never know, things may change in the spring. We were out there a couple years and it's an awesome place.
