32 oz Aladdin Mug

I liked to drink my Pepsi/Water from a 32 oz Aladdin Mug. Do any of you have a method or mod to put a mug of this size in the Av? Currently, I keep it in a mini console from Walmart that doesn't ride very well on the floor behind the center console between my buckets. A 28 oz Aladdin mug fits the cup holders, but may not survive a sharp turn due to a narrow base.

I removed the ashtray in the console and the mug fits nicely on the drivers side leaving the two cup holders open on the passenger side. Mine is an 03 which I assume is the same.

My 32 oz base is 4" wide. It won't fit anywhere in the console. Are you using an adapter of some kind?

will it fit inside the center console?...I mean that is a lot of drink.....I would have to go to restroom when 1/4 the way through....hehehe

You indicate that you have an 04 so your console is the same as my 03.

You're right!! It fits snug, but it does fit. I didn't put any pressure on mine when I first tried it. Does your mug leave a mark on the edges? I guess I can use a grey mug to prevent marking up the console if I can find one at Walmart.

The reason I carry a 32 oz mug with me is to take it full of ice and water to work each day and if I'm on a trip, it will take a whole can of Pepsi without overflowing so that I can watch the road while pouring it.

I guess I'll take that $20 console back to Walmart. Thanks again.

The door buckets are great. I get a lot of comments on them.

I've got my snakeeyes ordered and I getting ready to order Rod's tailgate lock.

I'm looking for another GTG. The members around here don't seem to want to communicate much.

As you can see my cup is mostly red. It lefa a few marks at first but the rub right off, but it doesn't do it anymore. I used to have a black NASA cup that would have been perfect, but unfortunately the do wear out.
