Anyone in the Albuqerque area know where to pick up some ultra thin double sided tape to use on ss letters? I've tried Walmart, Target, every auto store in the Rio Rancho area, Home Depot, Lowes and a graphic arts place.

I have a few rolls of it. I'll be glad to share some.
3m makes an ultra thin tape that is just the adhesive. it is clear.

This is what I have been searching for. Tried Michaels today and they didn't have it either. They did have some Scotch brand framing tape that is ultra thin. Will test that and see if it works today. Thanks for all the replies.avz66 said:
Just a heads up. The Scotch brand framing tape is a couple steps below worthless. Wet air would be a better adhesive than this stuff. heheh.

Just wondering if the craft stores or anybody else sells a thin strip for the front window strip. I used one from radio shack at the time of my bug shield install and it is starting to come off (1 1/2 year later not bad) but would like to have the good stuff. keep in mind if I ever need to take the trim apart in the future I would need that access. So does anybody know where to pick up some thin 3m double sided water resistant tape

You won't find that tape in a craft store. You'll need to go to an auto paint supply store. If you can't locate one, just call around to the local auto paint/body shops and ask them, I'm sure your town has a supplier, and they'll know where it is.
