4x4 transfer case control module

2002 north face.. my 4x4 is not working and I bought a new 4x4 motor and it did not fix my problem.. I opened up the case and there was a burnt part. I put the numbers on google and did not find anything... anyone knows where I can find a diagram for this 4x4 case board? I only need the parts that are broken off...

I forget the name of the site that I used to use to cross reference stuff like that. It appears to be an n-channel mosfet transistor but I dunno what functions it’s serving. I’ll keep searching and see if I can help. - I have a few years of experience with things of that nature.
