Gm apparantly has decided to drop the Cavalier name for the 2005 Models. It wil be known as the Cobalt which is a metallic element widely used in alloys.
Probably because of the 3,000 dollar rebates that the Cavalier keeps having and not to mention cheap leases. If that doesn't kill a vehicle, I don't know what will.
I had a new 89 cAV when they first came out. It was the first year that they went to the smooth contours. It was a great little car. Too bad they are dropping it. I thought it made a great first new car.
