A Question About '02 And '03 North Face Editions

hi all, i'm new here. before you jump on me for not searching, i have tried to search for 'north face' and i didn't see any topics that were relevant to what i wanted to know. now for the stupid newbie question...

what all, if any are the differences between the '02 and '03 north face editions? were the interiors the same? did both model years come with book bags? did the '02s come with the 2500 engines? is there anyway to get a north face with a 2500 engine? sorry for all the questions. please answer~!

The 2002 North Face Avs have green leather
The 2003's have the same stiching with gray leather

You cannot get a 2500 series av with NF package
But you could always buy the seat covers from gm

Yes, both years come with backpacks and a duffel bag

1st. yes the seat color is the only thing they changed other then you now get Bose sound and steering wheel controls
2nd.Yes both years have the summit pod day packs and water duffalo bags
3rd. no it never came in the 2500 and it never came with the 8.1L V8 only the 5.3L
4th. I am not sure if you could put the 8.1L in a 1500 I don't think so but I am no sure
if you have any more questions just ask that is one of the reasons for the club

so if you wanted the north face interior on a 2500 engine you'd just get the 2500 and buy the north face covers? wouldn't that look cheesey? how much would the north face interior cost?

Also, remember that the North Face Edition comes with the Z71 off road package . They just don't put the Z71 stickers on there because I guess it would be too much. I guess they want to have that way of separating the North Face from a Z71. They should make it somewhat different, since you're paying thousands extra for a North Face.
The North Face is a really neat looking truck . I really like the leather seats.

By comparison, from 2002 to 2003, wasn't there a color change having to do with the North Face . Wasn't yellow the replacement for medium sage green metallic?

According the the Chevy website, the 2003 North Face Edition comes in all exterior colors, with medium sage green metallic being dropped at the end of Dec. and Yellow replacing it in Jan. 2003.

Also, the 2002 NFE wasn't available in blue, red and forest green metallic.
