New alternator- check
New water pump- check
Fresh oil- check

I wish I could run over some scales to see how heavy I'll be.  I bought a 7x14 tandem axel cargo trailer.  It can hold around 5000 pounds which will bring trailer total to just under 7000 pounds.  I put the trailer on my truck and it drops the butt about 4 inches.  I don't have any idea how much the furniture I have weighs.  I still need to put more in the trailer, but on the very end.

Where can I go weigh my truck w/o the trailer to get a weight of my truck so when I go back, I'll know the total of the trailer and truck?  I'm probably ok weight wise, but it's pretty loaded down.

I just thow a couple of bags of trash in the back and make a dump run. They have a full size truck scale that weighs everything in and out. Not sure if you are setup that way in your town.

Avalanche preformed very well.  I ran across some scales and I was 13,350-ish.  A little under 600 below total GVWR for trailer and truck.  Thanks Mark for the equalizer hitch setup, it made all the difference in the world.

Ya he does have a knack for getting people to buy the equalizer.  He should get some kick back from them for every 400 - 500 they get from us followers of the great Marcus.......
