Hello ACA and CTA Avalanche member just FYI on our GTG this week!!!!

Friday, April 2, 2004
5:30pm or after work
The Forum
Loop 1604 and IH 35 North

We meet and park our AV's in the area between Chili's and CiCi's Pizza. Bring your AV of course, your family, your chairs, your cameras, your FRS radios on channel 3, your ice chests, etc. The time period that we are there is from approximately 6:30pm to 10pm. Parking security starts their rounds at 10pm so that is usually our departure time from the Forum.

We have had a few AV owners find us at the Forum by just passing by and seeing our AV's parked in the area where the show cars, the hot rods, the corvette club, and all the other spectators hang out. And now those AV owners are a part of ACA/CTA. This is really good exposure for Alamo City Avalanche and Capitol of Texas Avalanche..

I will add both of them! Thanks Cisco. I should be there with Vetman following me! He will arrive in SA around 2:30pm that afternoon!

Yep....Sounds like the chance for rain will hit late Friday afternoon or early Friday evening. Supposed to last through Saturday and clear up Sunday. :8:

Are you guys still going to meet at the Forum if it rains?

We will, we have out of towners coming in, if its raining we will probably find a big resturant to hold all of us and hang out there.
 
Hey all! "Kuz" here.

So, we're meeting at the Forum and cruising down to Poteet, right? I keep hearing different times about the cruise...morning and evening departures--has it changed? I can't go in the morning but can go after work. Are we all heading down there after work or what? ???

Can't wait to see you guys and cruise down there. I fixed the blue L.E.D.s in my cab and added a few more blue "effects" inside, PLUS a couple strobes on the grill! (Couldn't get new neon under the truck yet)

I don't think I have had a chance to meet you yet. I look forward to meeting you in Poteet.

From what I understand, we are meeting at 7am for the cruise to Poteet. The Strawberry festival thread will give you all of the details and the address we are meeting at.

As always, if you have more questions just ask. Can't wait to see your AV!

hello all I won't be able to make it tonight. I have to get ready for the weekend and my son's 3rd b-day is tomorrow. yeah! I SOLD my house too great right before STRIKE!

The ones i expect to see tonight are myself, Kuz, TribalAV, you and Leah and Mooncrab. RefugioAvalanche told me he was coming up for this GTG but I haven't heard from him today. I did hear from Big Wess he can't make it he is out of town. Hopefully some other members will show up.
