Reason why I ask is if it's surf turf I need to order the surf the weekend before.
I'm good with either style.
Hard to do both as both as pretty filling.
Obviously side dishes for either are pretty simple and cross over to one another.

I'm down for 25th and will def bring chicken parm. May even convince Paula to make meatballs. If y'all think the parm was good you haven't tasted anything yet....
Plus the parm is even better now with a few tweaks to the recipe.
