I changed out my air filters on the passanger side and a bunch of leaves started to blow out. ?2 weeks later my blower is making a clicking sound that gets faster as you turn up the blower. ?I cleaned out the filters and more leaves came thru, but that did not end the problem. ?Does anyone else have some many leaves come through the filter. ?What else could be the clicking sound? ?HELP!!! ?

Mine sounds like it has a sloppy bearing.... I'm putting up with it until spring when I'm between heating and air conditioning season. It will still be under warranty. By the way, how hard was it to change the filter?

I'm guessing you still have a leaf or two in your air ducts. It sounds like you might have a leaf or other debris stuck in the duct and hitting the fan blade.

In my last truck, I had something similar: every so often I would hear a ticking in the fan that changed with speed. If I turned it up to max, it would get louder and louder... until there was a zing! and it was quiet. All I can figure is that a leaf or something else got in the fan, and finally got chewed up.

Of course, it could've been a bad bearing...
