All the lights lightly flicker when idling

I found another weird splice hidden, grounding wire in main harness going to lower engine ground drivers side. Looked like someone used epoxy & heat shrunk to connect ground wires together 🤦‍♂️.
Unfortunately that wasn't my solution but nice to fix & get rid of someones idiocy.

I ran a ground wire to connect all frame grounding points as redundancy maybe eliminate ground problems.
I might need to buy Catalytic converters soon but Stupid California law price of converter 5k double pipe or 1800 single weld in.. rediclieous California can't buy original cats that pass emmission just the same as original part. Why they force California residents to buy upgraded more expensive converters can't mail most to CA.
About to use Arizona address & get replaced without rediclieous cost.

Not trying to mean, but Califorinians get exactly what their majority votes for..

I'm well aware 🤦‍♂️. One of many reasons I'm preparing to sell house & move out of this idiotic area. Arizona and Texas are areas ill be looking seriously into buying property.
Lucky my property has gone up 500% in the eleven years I've owned it. Should have good choice of another VA 0down loan & keep $ for investment/savings. Or buy no loan paid off both have benefits.

Lucky I may have solved my stupid Gremlin issue, I removed the intake manifold again to investigate wet dust around base of seal I could see.
Appearantly tiny air leaks just enough computer didn't set codes just tried to compensate.
Ritch fuel mix was puzzling as I figured air leak should cause lean mixture.
Also downshifting slow & slight grinding noises sent attention elsewhere towards transmission.
I can't figure why but I sealed intake manifold seal better with non hardening gasket sealant, so far it's acting 100% better and downshifting better no transmission noises.
Fingers crossed/knock on wood, hoping it's resolved.
Crazy these computer controlled engines can adjust but can domino problems into other systems 🤦‍♂️
Pictures I tried showing leaks but oil residue moved after removed manifold
