Well it has ended up being a nice sunny warm day in Central VA so I finally got around to putting the Ambers in. 
The instructions posted on here were a big help, took me and a friend (future bro-in-law) about an hour to an hour and a half. It's hard working out in the middle of an apartment parking lot (Someday I'll get a house).
Anyway, I don't know what is next. Can't decided between a new exhaust or intake and throttle body spacer. Have to talk to the bank (the Fiancee), and see if the purchase will be approved.
I'll be buying my CAFCNA sticker soon enough to get it put on.
