I Saw a NFE sage green AV with ambers about a week ago in front of advance auto parts.. anyone here?

Was there a smiling white fluffball pup on board, too?

I didnt see a "fluffball" on board.? Niles is just 5 min away from notre Dame so it might be from indiana.. not sure?

Hi, That was me in the Sage Green.  I live in Niles too, I see your GSXR in the parking lot of Advance Auto all the time (sharp bike).  I was just in and bought a couple of oil filters for my SV1000 Suzuki (Copper).  Seems like we both like Suzuki's and AV's .  The next time I am in the store I will look you up!

Another Michigan member that I don't know. Hi Bsmith78 you guys have to make some of the GTG.

Hope to see ya in the future don't be shy.

Thanks for the offer Matt.  I have been on this site and installed my ambers years ago and never saw another AV with them.  I guess I will have to keep my eyes open now  :beating:

 We'll have to talk!? >:D

I'm about due for brakes on the Av,? what pads do you recommend for Av's?

Just put Drilled and slotted rotors on my AV,  with Bendix Ceramic pads.  Best brake pads made.. period.  Cost about $80-90 a set.. but best you will find.

Let me have my brakes checked out first but I'll probably take a complete set.

What kind/brand of rotors did you go with?

Did you paint the calipers while you had everything apart?

Got pic's?

I put on Bendix Zinc rotors so they dont rust..? I love them work awesome! i definalty can tell a difference.? Believe it or not i had to change the calipers at the same time.? The piston boot was all ripped, ended up taking about 6 hours & 34 beers to do all the calipers brake pad and rotors and painting.? i was ready to be done.? project including beer? (y) ended up being just pennies shy of $1350
