Ambers on Everette Trnpk, NH

I spotted a Blue Avy with cladding near the Merrimack exit on the Everette Trnpk (North Bound) on my way to work yesterday. It had Ambers, but I did not get a real good look because I was going by on the right side.

Any idea who this is? Maybe, NHMark?

Was it Arrival Blue with Ambers, a GM Grille Guard, and Av lettering on windshield?

Not sure about the Avalanche sticker, arrival blue - yes. Saw the same Avy on the coming south out of Manchester last night about 5:50 pm, I was heading North in the green Avy, I flashed my high beams. I don't have ambers yet. Your ambers are VERY bright, what exactly are you using?
