Going back to Salina this afternoon I saw a black onyx z71 1500 claudded looked like an 02-03 avy. Had a yellow WSU front license plate on it. Saw you in the construction zone pulling out of a neighborhood across from the park entrance on windmill rd. I was in my black avy with my 4 wheeler in the bed. Nice looking truck whoever you were.
