amp hook up

ok ive got a dual xdma690 head unit and i cant figure what damn wire to hook up the REM to? i have a amp that goes from the head unit to the amp. got everything else hooked up but this.

I think that is the remote on wire but I'm not sure.? If so, I think your wire might be blue from the stereo.  You'll need to look at the book to make sure

blue is the remote turn on.  also just for SG

REM stands for "remote" which is a small 12V line that gets turned on when the head unit is turned on.

i have never seen a remote wire any other color than blue. 

did you even look in the manual?  lol

I'll do it this summer when he is here.  Simple stuff and I'll also add the sub provided we don't glass it in
