Ok, now that I got it back in working order, I noticed tonight that my left brake light and turn signal and my entire LOF were out. The first thing I did was put my left turn signal on and it worked and so did the left side of my LOF. I then tapped the brakes and they worked as well. The next thing I did was wedge my bat on my brake pedal and put my hazard lights on. and everything worked.
I checked all the fuses and pulled them and replaced them and then my brake lights and turn signals came back to life but my LOF is out, but is still functioning with appling the brakes and turn signal, but is not working when the lights are on and the Av is in Park. Any clue what this could be? Did I burn out my LOF?

I had the exact same problem a few weeks ago. I left a buddies house with trailer in tow and as it got dark I noticed trailers marker/running lights not working as well as LOF running lights. Both directionals and brake lights would work on trailer and LOF but not the running lights of trailer or LOF. My problem was traced to a fuse marked TRLR in the under hood fuse box. They were seperate fuses from the regular stop and tail light fuses. Maybe you overlooked them. Since you dont have a trailer attached and regular tail lights work maybe you did not think of it but LOF is wired to trailer circuit.

Thanks Mike. I'll check this out later on today when I go out.

I couldn't find the TRLR fuse. However, I did disconect the LOF from my wiring harness and pluged into the trailer plug itself with the adapter that came with the Av and it did not work at all. So it must be the trailer fuse. I think it was the big fuse that was provided with the OEM harness. That's the last thing that I'll check, then I just say screw it. Everything works now, just the running lights of the LOF don't. The LOF brake, hazard, left and right, signals work fine, but when the Av is in park, the LOF should be on and it is not. It's wierd, I don't know what it could be?

Look under hood.....for these fuses...they are for trailer turn and running and brake and are separate .....

Are Runnning and Brake seperate too or are they one fuse? If it's one fuse then my LOF wouldn't work when I press the brake and it does work when I do press the brake.

Its not the same fuse because on my truck the tail lights worked on the truck and not the LOF. The brakes lights worked on both the truck and LOF. I found a fuse that was only for the tail/running lights of the LOF which is the trailer circuit. Had nothing to do with tail and stop lights of the truck. If I did not have LOF or trailer connected I would never have know it was blown. It was marked TRLR or TRL something to indicate it was trailer circuit. I belive it was smallest type red or 10amp. Real tough to get out with fingers.

Manny, just went to look. It was marked TRL PARK. It is a small blue 15 amp. That was the fuse that caused my problem.
