Hey KV...... Im running the Nitrous Express EFI wet kit on mine.... I am running mine with a Blower..., but it would be the same kit for a normally aspirated engine.... I like the quality of there systems...., and I just like the idea of running a wet kit vs. dry....., you dont have to depend on the MAF to add the right amount of fuel when spraying....... There are some safety items that you would want to be sure to use with the kit..... Those being the Wide open throttle switch...., a fuel pressure switch...., and an MSD R.P.M activated Window switch.., to assure you dont have any problems.........
If you purchase the Gen-X Two kit with the Nitrous kit you will get all of these items..., accept the M.S.D Window switch...., this you will have to purchase separately from M.S.D..... you will also get a bottle warmer with the Gen-X kit which is really needed to keep the proper bottle pressure for spraying..., especially in cooler weather.......
The window switch will prevent sprying Nnitrous below 3000 r.p.m which is important to prevent a back fire.., you can also shut the Nitrous off at the r.p.m of your choosing..., which would be before you hit the Rev Limiter..., also to prevent a back fire condition..... You can also turn off the Nitrous before the shift point with the Window switch to help keep the Tranny alive......
I used the Nx control panel switch for the F-body camaro's and mounted it inside the tape compartment in the center console to hide all the control switches..., and also installed a Autometer electric Nitrous pressure gauge and hid it in the center console..., just so as not to have switches and gauges showing, and to not have to hack up any of the trucks nice interior.......
Ive had the kit on for over a year now with no problems at all..., its important to do a good installation though..., and make sure all your wiring is done properly.., with good connections and well secured..., same with the plumbing.......
I will try to post some pics of the install for you.., feel free to ask me any questions you would like........, if your not going to spray over a 100 shot you should be fine with the stock fuel pump.., but I would still get the truck on a Dyno just to check the Air/Fuel ratio..., and be sure there's no Knock present when your spraying....
Butch.
