Look for to see how everyones AVs are coming along and to meet the new members, personally not very far. I plan on being there but Im on call :8: :E:, so I cannot promise anything.

Finally I'm getting around to saying hello to all of my fellow KC Av brethern! I have gotten lost so many times in the seemingly endless subdivisions of the message board, it can be mind boggling at times.

Anywhoo.... I'm usually up in the northland in my 03 Arrival Blue with Mizzou plates and a Mizzou hitch cover, but you can find me at Kemper this weekend cheering on the Jayhawks.... NOT! Too bad I'm working the 28th... otherwise I'd come out to our old stomping grounds of Independence (before we moved up north) and see some of the other local Av's that I'm sure I've seen driving around town.

PS for any northland types, or those who don't mind driving north if you need any service related stuff check out the Midas in Gladstone, one North Prospect I believe (Or North Indiana, I always forget where it switches) Chris the manager, I think, is a fellow Av owner. Went in for an oil change and he took care of it like it was his own! Good people up there!

I think I might have seen your Av before. I-29 & 64th?

Talk about a coincidence, I moved up here (Northland) last year from Independence. (Just off of: 24Hwy and Sterling.)

Jbru also hangs around up here alot. You might have seen him. White NFE, with Chevy Brush Guard?

Hmmm I-29 and 64th, I get by there every now and then... usually running up and down the 169 corridor. I actually saw a white AV tonight on my way home with a front grill guard, couldn't tell too much about it though since it was 11:30 pm. KC area seems to be getting more and more AV's... I usually end up all over town in the course of a day of work and I'm seeing more and more on the road. Funny thing is it seems to be about a 50/50 split of what I see between Cladding and not, and you look at some lots like Van up here and they hardly had any AV's with cladding the last time I was there. Had probably 20+ WBH and 1 or 2 "original" Go figure.

Funny we almost moved from the same area, I was off of 24 Hwy and River. Well actually I was in Waldo (75th/Wornall) down in KCMO, then got married, we moved into her place in Independence off of 24/River then sold her place and decided to try out the northland. So far very nice, I have a feeling I'll really like being close to some of the norhtland golf courses as the weather warms up! If we could fit the AV's on the cart paths I'd recommend a golf outing using our trucks to save on the cart fee!

Have a beer for me at the GTG, darn work always getting in the way of fun!

Just popping in to say hello. I live in Central Mo in the jefferson city area. I do get to St Louis some and am going to be in KC for Easter I'll Keep an eye out.

I do have the amber DRL's so keep an eye out. :B:

Newbie here! I am in Lee's Summit. Owned a blue 02 z71 for the past two years. Just found this site a while back doing a seach for mod ideas. Guess I am going to have to get some ambers 1st..

I too am in Lees Summit! Hang out on the south side mostly. Live close to Longview Lake. I'm driving a Black '03 Z71 no mods, no roof-rack, but otherwise fully loaded. ;D

At the risk making a fool of myself, I'll give a honk and a wave to all Blue Z71's that I see (y)

At the risk of sounding like a newbie, again,... Are amber drl's a club thing? I've been running them in my '99 since I got it. Most of the "sport truck" crowd has been doing this for a couple of years. Just another stupid question from the new guy. Thanks!
 
Hello from the western St. Charles County area. Not to many amber sightings around here. I've got'em, will be looking for yours :eek:!
