Any tutorial or videos on how to fix the Mid Gate Drain Gate

I will include photos of the item below and a diagram of where in the vehicle. My 06 had half of these snapped off and I was wondering if it's something I need to replace or just leave off? The bolts have rusted under it and I have no clue how to get them out. It's the #12 item in the diagram photo. From looking online, it doesn't look like anyone makes these "new" so I would be essentially either buying an older complete one or just rebolting mine (half the bolt spots snapped off, but the other half are solid still).

Any help would be appreciated; should I replace or leave off, and if replace, how do I go about it? Or is this something a body shop will have to do?

as to have it is up to you...

I like it as it covers gap from bed to midgate folded down.

Acts as a screen to keep crap out of drains... large crap that is...

YEah junk yard or fix yours is the way today..

Or maybe pay a fortune for someone to make new one from plastic (3d printer) or other pladtic or metal...

Should be a straightforward removal but I have never taken mine out.

So based on this, the bolts should screw down from the top? Mine are so rusted I couldn't tell if they are screwed from the bottom or from the top.
