While we are at Cryatal River, is there anyone that would want to swim with the Manatees..??
 
this was one of the most amazing encounters I have ever experienced...gawd I'm envious? :E: :E:? one week later and I woulda been able to join ya? :E: :E:

I hate manatees.  I think they should all die.  They get in the way of boaters and cause all kinds of political controversy.

Never swam with a manatees but I sleep with a whale once. >:D Not a good experience but I dont know if you could compare the two.
 
considering my physique and swimming ability, i would most likely be mistaken for a manatee. the park service might not let me back out of the water.

after watching one of them through the glass at Sea World unload its partially digested marshy swamp lettuce diet I wish to get no where near these disgusting creatures? (n)? :9:

I don't get it.  Someone explain to me why would I swim with a manatee in the same water a gator might be? 

Maybe the waters that Manatees swim in is off limits to gators?  :eek:

Well, it's like this.....

Due to the nuke plant, the water is warm.  Thus, the manatees flock there.  Gators that show up are so mutated that they either have two complete jaws to devour you with or have a tail at each end and are harmless. :)

worrying about a gator attack is about as silly as worrying about a shark attack.

although I do think hunting should be opened up for alligators as there are just way too many of them.

same goes for manatees  :p

Our grounds crew just dug up a 24-pair trunk line, cutting off all of our cottages................... :E:


Right now if I go swimming with the manatees it's going to be more like swimming with the fishes......... :3:
