azcavfandt is making a spreadsheet of members who are interested in gtg activities so we can have a list of members to contact with information regarding upcoming gtg's.

I live in Colorado, but am originally from Arizona and come down to visit family often. I'd love to be added to your list for future GTG's. Thanks.
 
Arizona members, I know we have over 30 members (if not alot more) on this board. If you live in AZ and are interested in receiving information on get togethers, please post.

We are also wanting to compile a list of members cell phone numbers so we can easily get ahold of members with info regarding finl plans of meets.

A few weeks ago I sent a group email (or pm if I did not have an email address) out to the 32 local members. I am asking to confirm if you are interested in receiving emails about upcoming local events. To reply either way.

I got 16 back as confirmed to being interested in being involved in the group email.

I got 0 back to be removed from the group email.

That leaves 16 left as not replying.

There are quite a few members I know are interested because they have been at recent meets. If you have received this request from me and have not replied yet, please take the time to do so. I am also trying to verify email addresses are valid. Please specify if you would like me to use a different email.

If you are an Arizona member who has not received this email request and would like to be added, please pm me.

We now have:
23 confirmed
10 left to go

If you are doing the math from last time, we have added on one more new member.

Our first yellow av. AMD didn't scare him off after all. ;)

We are slowly but surely growing. We had a great turnout at last nights gtg. 13 TRUCKS !!! Our record for a single gtg so far. Lets keep it going.

thanks for the reply, please PM either myself or AZCAVFANDT with the following info and you will be added to the list...

The information we usually get from members is the following,

Name, and names of S.O & kids if applicable
cross streets (helps to centralize gtg's)
e-mail addy (to contact you for gtg updates)
a number to reach you at.

we currently have a spreadsheet with this information for 29 active members here in AZ... the spread sheet also contains info on the AV's such as year color 1500 or 2500, trim level (z66/z71/wbh). (I already have your AV info from previous posts of yours)

See you soon at a gtg...

AVnAZ, you have been added to the list... this takes us to 30 confirmed active members....

Now we just need to get every one to attend a gtg... 30 AV's at the Pavillions would be awsome.....
 
I bet you $50 it would snow at Luke AFB before we get 30 AVs at the pavilions or any other GTG. That didn't sound that negative did it >:D? Mikesav.
 
MY first thought was someone might have ordered snow for a day at luke to play in. :)

Lets ask some questions to our 30 members....

Would you be interested in a 30 member gtg?

If so, Where would you like to see it take place?

What is a good month or day that would allow you to attend?

Let try to keep it as a goal for the year 2004 to make it happen.
