A GTG for people in , travelling to, or travelling through Muskoka.
!!!!!!!!The date is Aug. 16.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The location is between Huntsville and the village of Rousseau.
There is a lot to do in the area , from browsing quaint shops ?in a little village , to driving very scenic backroads.
There are a lot of details to fill in , but they should be worked out when we see how much interest there is.

I will be in Muskoka Aug 1st holiday weekend and the 1st week of Aug.,that would be the best time for me. I'm not available on the 23, working that weekend.
 
Aug 16 W/E works for me. I cant make the later date. We will probably stay in the Muskokas for the W/E if anyone else is thinking of doing this maybe we could arrange the same Hotel.

The date is not firm yet , it's still 2 months away and I am happy with it either one, but we will get votes for 16 or the 23.
Check out "Muskoka.com" for accomodation and attractions of the area.
They also have a webcam for three locations.

Hello, I get out to North bay at least once a month, My wife to be is from the Bay, I am always on the lookout for other AV owners, I havent seen yours around town, but have seen a black one on carruthers st just around the corner from moffat st, It is a nice looking rig. do you know any other Av owners from the Bay?

We just picked up our Av about a week ago so I am new to this. I don't see alot of them around North Bay and don't know anyone else with one. Hopefully we can attend some of the rallies and get to meet some more Av fans.

One probably silly question. Why doesn't my signature show up on my posts?

I just noticed ted and Beryl are driving my AV but its got the wrong colour cladding.
I hope you can slip down Hyw#11 for our Aug GTG. Very few of us have two heads almost nobody bites.

I know this is kind of off topic, but I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a stock 17" Z71 tire (P265/70/r17 AT/S with raised white letters)? Had a flat on the highway and dealership claims no warranty
 
How's the GTG coming along.... any idea which weekend it will be....
After ticking my boss off this morning, it may be a good idea for me to plan ahead, way ahead...

Turns out the weekend of Aug 16th will be better for us! I have to go on midnights starting Aug 24th.. but I can still be there for the 23rd if need be!
 
After seeking guidance from those in high authority It appears Aug. 16th :D should be the date .(barring some disaster)
Some of the folk have fluid work schedules so we will do the best we can.
Details to follow . (As we think of them.) ???

Any tire dealer should be able to get you one inside of 24-48 hours; I tore a side wall open off-roading and a misc goodyear shop - "The Tire Depot" in the GTA - was able to order in a replacement overnight; 197.80 installed tax in.
 
All this talk of North Bay... I visit there often; lots of great off-roadng opts along the "line".

What's the deal with the Village PPL this summer? Why not just cancel Heritage instead of running it into the ground. How you get from Stomp'n Tom to the Village PPL? Oh well; I hear Cobalt is having a bash the same weekend.
