We are beginning the preliminary planning of this upcoming event - so far it is tenatively scheduled for around March 19th - 21st Spring Break time. Please stay tuned for future information as planning continues.

Thank you for your interest and hopefully your participation!
The target attendance for this National event will be 125 Avs!

I am looking into Hotel information now as well as looking at trips to Historic Beall St and Graceland. Also there is a riverboat excursion as well as casinos close by! This event will be planned over the next 6 to 8 weeks with various contacts being made for planning. I am thinking this should be a Rock and Roll theme with plenty of Music and BBQ or as Edward K so aptly puts it - Lets Do the Blues, the Brews and some Q! I will post some ideas and get feedback on planning - so post your thoughts on what you would like to do in Memphis!

Well I will for sure expect you and your lovely family to be at this one! After all it is close to both of us and in Edward K's backyard. He and I along with several other great planners (of ECR and STI fame) will be working on this one - We all have very big plans for this one!

I am looking forward to STI and getting many ideas from picking Tinman's brain!
 
(y) Memphis is a great selection. Caravaning through Macon to Atlanta ;D, hooking up with other I-20 AVers and on to Birmingham.

Hey Boo, can we get to Memphis from Birmingham? ;)

I have looked into some very cool ideas but need some input and suggestions from the group about how much they are willing to spend on accomodations and a list of
WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO DO AND SEE IN MEMPHIS!​


Please post your suggestions and comments - with this getting started early I can really work on some great group deals and rates - BUT it will take your help and commitment!

What ever you can coordinate for 125 AVs to do, I will do!
As far as accomodations, I am usually a 'camper', weather permitting. What kind of weather should I be expecting?

Let me know if there's anything I can do from up here!
 
Alright!! I missed E.C.R. :C: I'm going to have to miss STI :E: but with any luck I will be attending MIXR. ;D Who knows what the next six months have in store but for right now please put me down as going.
