Avalanche and plow?

I have an 2011 Avalanche LS with LT package and chev tow package.
I want to plow with it. I've read all sorts about this. Some say yes some no.
I just want to know if the 11 Avalanche can take a plow on the front?
I'm looking at the Snowdog set up. Good product with good warranty at good prices.
Not doing extreme large scale stuff, just small to medium.
Thoughts and advice please.

Judging from your member name I would buy an old beater truck in the companys name and write it off.

We all love our AVs but they are still SUVs, not a truck HTH

I'm from Canada and with experience, snowplowing can destroy a truck in one season. Best to use an old ford or dodge so its no big loss.
You need to beef up the front suspension. Hook up a hydraulic system with remote switches. Just for a few months work. And after spending that money and it doesn't snow!
You will wreck the transmission pushing heavy snow and wreck the frame hitting things like curbs and speed bumps.
