2004 had 2 different types of Red. There was the non-metallic Victory Red and then there was the Sport Red Metallic.

This site will show you the different colors for 2004 and their codes.

Thanks Dalefan. I believe  that mine is Sport Metalic. I will know for sure when I get home and check this color code which is located on a sticker named Parts Identification according  to website  provided

My new toy mind you I just got it yesterday is Victory Red. I could not resist the red. After Driving a white ford and having my white el camino I said its time to spice things up a bit. Most of the colors I see around my area are the yellow (at least 4 I know of in the area are yellow),silver, blue, white and black are common.

Just got our '06 Victory red as well....It's the fastest color..

The rarest of rarest color combinations would be the 2003 Avalanche in yellow with the light gray 2002 cladding.

There were some early production 2003 Avalanches that still got the light gray cladding. I remember there was a huge debate on this, and someone posted a picture back in the day of a line of '03 yellow Avs - with the light gray cladding.

I woulda probably still painted it black

Sport red metallic here. Quite a few Av's around me only seen one other SRM and that was at a dealership. Side note: 2004 was the first year SRM was offered on the Avalanche

My "05 is Bermuda blue.  I originally thought it was just plain old blue when I decided to go look at it.  I love it more that it is the Bermuda blue.

My wife's '02 Z71 is Arctic White.  My '03 Z66 is Onyx Black.

my 1st AV was Arctic White

The North Face package is an awesome AV and would love to find one as a 2nd AV

Love mine -had it for a year. I had to put some $$ into body to take care of rust.  Mine has the orange teeth pattern built into seats.

My '02 is Sage Green with gray cladding.  I think it is very rare because it was only offered in the North Face package and only 1 year.
But my guess is about 90% of the NF were that color...
SO not really rare as collector cars go...

and I doubt any perfect ones out there with all the bags.

Avy started off with the dark grey metallic, but I really loved how the north face sage green looked so I had her painted. It's not the same but she still looks amazing in it(avatar photo). She also has the dark grey interior.

My 2010 LTZ is called Grey Leather, I've never seen another one the same color as this. Not sure if it was a one time paint. I would like to do some research and see how many were built with this color. Does anyone know where I can find this out?IMG_05291(2).jpg

Actually I see it as paint code WA707S / GGW
Taupe Grey Metallic on many sites or Dark Labyrinth Metallic
