For me, it's the fact that it will only go in my garage after pulling in my drivers side mirror. ?I have two single bay doors instead of one large one. Can be a real pain when it's pooring rain.

Sounds like a garage CON instead of an AV CON, but like others said, the '03 mirrors are power folding. That would solve your problem of trying to fold them in the rain when parking.

The dealership fixed a rattle inside the passenger side front door but this one is new. ?If it doesn't go away, I will have them investigate.

I have the same rattle in my front door and the dealer said they couldn't fix it!!!! What did your dealer do to fix yours.

I have been looking everywhere for my receipt with their summary but have been unable to find it. I wanted specific wording, but I can paraphrase what they did. The noise was coming from the door hinge and from the handle. They lubricated the hinge and disassembled the handle, lubricating it and then putting it back together. And I also believe that around one of the moving parts, they pulled it apart and either replaced or added a seal or cushion or padding type of material between the two moving parts, eliminating the squeaking.

Of course, now I have other noises coming from different areas of the truck. Now that spring is finally here, it is time to dump everything from my truck, clean it up, and begin searching for those noises so that the dealership can hopefully eliminate them.

I will keep looking for my receipt.

Let me start off by saying this thread is not meant to bash the AV.

For those that are P.O'd about something - take it elsewhere. It's not intended to cover major mechanical problems (i.e. midgate leak, bad service, cover oxidation,etc...)

I just wonder what other SMALLER things you found hard to deal with.

here's mine:
Car seats!
got them in the back and have to take them out to use the midgate. we got a great feature, just hard to use with these.
Also, have tried putting them in. the seat belt has the feature where once you pull it out it will only go back in. So if you have a problem with seat belt on a car seat, you usually have to start over. (I am getting better at this).

and yes i want keyless entry to my beer cooler too(and tailgate)!

What are your smaller problems?

Aw man. I agree 10000%. Matter of fact, I have yet to do "The Change"

On the keyless entry..isn't that annoying as hell? I'm gonna have another key made so when I have the truck running I don't have to turn it off to open storage and tailgate. Maybe I'm just spoiled

My biggest gripe. The RES used to be a shutter upper for long trips. But now it's a damn must to have on with my 2 year old. Before we even get into the truck she's yelling "Pooh Bear". It wouldn't be as bad if she would wear the damn headsets...but no. No stero for Dad. Kids...gotta love um.

Thanks Boar, mine seems to be coming from the door panel, it vibrates against the window and drives me crazy. Both the front door panels are loose and vibrate. The rear doors are nice and tight.
