I looked, but could not find anything on this subject. During Eco-Challenge Fiji (sponsered by Chevy Trucks) 2 Black 2002 Z71 Avalanches were used to transport the support crew over the islands. In one scene during the finale Several of the competitors were picked up by an Avalanche and were overheard exclaiming how smooth a ride it provided on the rough roads. I person even said he felt like he was in a limo.

Saw it. Very good PR move for Chevy. All the competitors seemed to love the ride.
