That is like the first for the SITE.....Very cool....

DO you have any from the front....and maybe with the lights on......

???

I noticed the bar on the front of your av, is it stock GM or aftermarket? i think think this would look good in the warmer weather , dos'e it fit 2500 series ?

awaken96: The plow looks good. How heavy is that plow?
What is the front axle reserve capacity on the 2500 Avalanche?(located on tire/certification label on door lower right corner)
They give two numbers one marked "F" the other "T" I dont know the difference but was interested in the 2500 ratings.
My Z71 1500 shows F 433
T 339

The plow itself is over 630 pounds, this set up will not work on a 15 00. fisher makes plows that fit the 1500 series, but i dont believe the weight is enough to push heavy snow, F505 T 1087. theres really no mods to the engine, it just taps into the battery, myself i liked it better when the plow pump was mounted under the hood, Fisher makes light duty plows for the 1500 series wieghs 490 pounds, but as i said before its just to small.

they had to cut away the clading below the tow hooks.............I'll post more pics soon

Thanks for the additional pics...I likey

It doesnt look like the cladding cutting was to bad. How noticeable it the mounting hardware when everything is off for summer?

Pics are good the more the better, angles close ups etc.

Man can you get a cool pic of the AVY powing snow ../..that would be great for our caledar next year.........

The plastic could have been done better, its a bit sloppy in places. im thinking of getting a bumper cover for the spring summer fall, as for the plow in action you bet i'll have pics

Awaken, that looks good. I,m ready, bring on some snow. Just finished install of Western 8ft Ultra Mount plow. Very little mod of bumper, can't even tell.

Ive never seen a western in action, when it hits a rock or other obstical dose the plow flop forward , Ive always used fisher for its ability to stack and move piles, Ive never used a meyers if the blade hit somthing, the plow blade flops forward and the snow in front of the blade ends up everyware. good luck with yours.1 ? is yours electric or hydrolic?

I hope next year after my injurys heal, im going back to comercial plowing.

Avs with plows look awesome. My question is how far does the front drop when the plow is lifted? No pics of the plow in the air?? awaken96 no ambers??? Whats with that?? Ha ha ha Cool pics though. Happy plowing!!
