backup camera not working

So the story goes like this, i installed a factory head unit it was programmed by nave repair.com, i bought a camera kit from camerasource, with it all installed this is the best picture i can get! If anyone can help please do so!

Are you sure you have all connections correct and solid? Also in some units you won't get a picture until transmission is in reverse, did you tie into that wire?

The positive wire coming from the camera ties into the reverse wire, when its in reverse and running there is 13.5 volts at that wire, measured with a voltmeter.....when its in park its a 0 volts. the ground from the camera is grounded to metal structure under the footwell. Really not alot of connections to make.

The power from the reverse wire also feeds the cameras positive side.
