I run the PT Cruiser event that is held in the same place, later in June, and psoted much earlier in these threads (somewhere) mentioning who to talk to, where to go, ...

I hope that you all have safe journeys, great weather, and a great turn out.

As well, I found a LOCAL tent place that makes tents for vehicles, the AV being one, and I placed a call into them TODAY. Hopefully they will be in contact with the website and maybe even donate a tent to yur cause.
