Billet Bow Tie Install ?

Hello All,
I received my billet bow tie today. How do I install in place of gold one. I can not figure out how to remove factory gold bow tie.
Any advice would be helpful.

Well Mr.Wizard, I did mine 2 weeks ago. The gold one pops off using a small flat screwdriver. My new billet bowtie was of the "screw-on" type so I had to remove the grill. Couldn't fit my fat fingers in there to put the nuts on the bolts.

Just pry with flat head screw driver ? Does it snap off without breaking? I would like to mount the Gold Tie on back of Bedslide. I think it would look nice.

yea to pop it out. using a screwdriver will allow you to get a grip on it. it just snaps in like everything else on this truck! :eek:
