I saw a Member today On Rt 80 at about 2:50 pm going west bound. We were in the Clifton area. You also had a flag in the rear window and I think a push bar up front....Who was it?

Josh were you in Jersey today? I was going about 80MPH so who ever it was going the other way fast.
I saw the ambers and saw that there was a picture in the rear window.
