Well Wiki threw it out there so we're gonna try and have a last minute GTG this weekend (Nov 1) up here in Greenville.

Events include:

Private tour of the BMW plant (http://www.bmwzentrum.com)
Trip to Hollywild (www.hollywild.com)
Cookout

Ok just found this forum.. it really must be a secret .. hehe ;D . I was telling LRNerd that we could always meet CJ at City Chevy and ride from there or somewhere else of the like. The BMW plant is straight down 85 on the right after about 6-11 miles south of Spartanburg, but has been awhile since I have been down that way so i could be wrong on distance but for sure it is Past Spartanburg and the exit is on the right. (Unless they moved the BMW plant???)

Questions (Just FMI & inquiring minds alike):
1. Where we meeting in Greenville?
2. Where we eating in Greenville?

OK, here's an update

1 I work for a Tier 1 supplier for BMW and have requested a special tour for us. I am still waiting for an answer back but should know something today.

2 This is kind of last minute so pardon the mess. We wanted to do it this weekend 'cause Wiki is off work and TINMAN is gonna be in the arwea as well.

3 I was thinking we could meet up at the BMW exit (60) on I85 somewhere between 10-11 AM.

Ok best case Scenario for CJ and us. If City is a fast dealership as they promise he could be out by 9-9:30 which we could make it there at 10:30-11:30 (depending upon traffic and speed) worst case scenario is making there by 12:30 - 1:00 pm. Is there a cell phone number or if anyone has nextel, a nextel id that we can keep in contact with each other so as not to be standing and twiddling thumbs waiting or guessing ?? :0: (y)
 
I would love to go, but I have previous engagements. Plus, if I made this one and missed out on the North Ga cruise, Wvusquatch would kill me!

As for food, there is just about everything within 10 minutes (Hooters is 15, tops)

Also, I found out Hollywild is doing some renovations and some of it ia a little run down but the kids have all loved it. So, since this is a democracy, what do y'all want to do?

Some other possible activities in addition to BMW are:
Drive up the mountain towards Asheville to see leaves change
MOD FEST!
Cowpens Civil War Battleground
Walnut Grove Plantation Tour
 
Guys I would love to attend this but alas I have promised to get my yard done on Saturday :C: If it was just cutting the grass I could easily do that and be in Gville by 10:00, but I have to clean and close my pool, prune my roses, and trim some bushes, :C: So I am going to have to pass on this :E:

When we meat up I will give you one of my 2ways. We all use them.

I have Lanmans cel number too and Tinmans.

You know if we do the last 2 I have to bring the woman with me or never live it down.. ;) So much for guys weekend out :2: :2: :2: Just kidding. Tinman would not forgive me if I did not take Renee with me.

Modfest she will opt to stay home..

I could use some more moding time I have only put in 12 days now doing it . But last night was short due to lack of day light. :6:
