Anybody good with designing a small "tagable" handout for the event. 

I can start posting on all the AV's around town again.

also, id be willing to design some t-shirts too... if anyone has the hook-up for screen printing, let me know.

I'm no professional flier writer but my best guess it should say,

When:  Sunday, 9/2/07. (Labor Day Weekend) 8:00am till
Where:  Castlewood State Park. Shelter 1 (St. Louis, MO)

I'll check with a buddy that does shirts as a hobby and see what he could do for us.

does anyone know where i can get a good art file for the CAFCNA circle logo? illustrator or EPS file would be best.

oh by the way, im a designer by trade, so this wont be a total hack job... only half way  :laugh:
 
That is less than a month after the stork scheduled my newest daughter to arrive :laugh:

At this point I will have to say that I can't make it but I will show up if I can!

Let me know what you come up with on the CAFCNA logo.  I will need something for the banner if I can get my buddy at Jim Trenary Chevrolet to commit to paying to have it made.

so far no response on the logo, but i only posted about it on this thread... there is probly a better place to ask....

Guess I should chime in huh??  ;)  Count me in + wife +2 little monsters@!!  Should we start figuring out who is bringing what??  TrAVelingman said he'd help with bringing some brats, but we need to make sure we have enough for everyone.  Of course, I'll bring some meatsa to make tacos, chili peppers for you chiliheads, and up to y'all the jalapeno shot holder???? hm??

The kids and I drove over to Castlewood State Park this morning.  My plan was to get some measurements of shelter 1 so I had an idea for the banner size, the problem is the shelter was in use so I couldn't take any measurements.  Can someone give me a rough idea of the size of the banner from the last two years?

Also, coolmagnet told me there was a way I could make the attendance list the first post everytime this thread was opened but as you can see it didn't work.  Can someone tell me how I can do that or do it for me???

bump bump  come on people, lets get excited about this!!  More people talk about it, the more people might come!  AV Fox and Wolf will be within a 1/2 days drive of here by then, maybe they'll come too!!!

OK, just sent some emails to some of my contacts........ hey, how's the Bud beer working out??  I at least am going to get some OS for the brats together.  Haven't heard back from Meguiars but they have yet to let us down!!  What else you guys got??
