Built in resisters?

I would like to change all my outside lights except the headlights and fogs to led. What I want to know is do they make leds with built in resistors or will I have to put them in? I have a 2003. Or is there a flasher module that works? Already did drl and back up lights with no problems. Reading up on this most have had to add resisters but I would like to not have to mess with the wiring.
 
do you only have to install the resistors on the FRONT blinkers to correct the problem?
 
rear blinkers too.
 
So there are no leds with them built in? Or made to plug into the stock wiring? What about a flasher module that's made for leds?
 
6 resistors , wow. I thought the wiring went from to back requiring only the front being required..... I guessed wrong
 
Hyperflash is a DOT-required feature to inform the driver that a bulb is burned out. Older style turn signal relays utilized a simple RC transistor timer circuit and a burned out bulb would chance the circuit behavior causing hyper flash if the load was too low, or when hooking up a trailer, the added lights would slow the timer down.

Newer trucks flashers are controlled by the Body Control Module via software. Modules use a constant timing but monitor bulb current draw. If it goes lower than the draw from a typical incandescent bulb, it thinks you have a bulb out and hyperflashes like the old relays.

Adding a resistor to trick the BCM into thinking there's a good bulb at all times.

Apparently you can have your BCM flashed to remove the burned out bulb detection so hyperflash doesn't happen. These guys will do it and other mods, but it ain't cheap: https://www.btdieselworks.com/colle...ing/products/bt-dieselworks-custom-bcm-tuning
