I have an 04
I believe it has a factory installed compustar system
However only the remote works(I was only given 1)
And the keys do not open the doors manually. But work fine in the ignition.

No, it cannot disable a physical key in the door.

Does the key that fits the ignition also work the saddle bags? Wondering if the door was rekeyed, or possible just in need or maintenance/lubrication.

I agree with BainMan in that it probably is lubrication and lack of key use since most people use remote if it's an option. FYI WD-40 is not a lubricant, using a dry lube is best so not attracting dirt in future. Locksmith can lube and re-key your locks if needed.

Did you buy used?

Maybe someone change ignition cylinder.

I had to replace the ignition keylock in a previous truck.

I did not have anything rekeyed.

So, I had a key that started the truck and a key that opened all of the doors.

Perhaps the same happened here?

I had a problem with my tailgate key, a couple of shots of PB Blaster fixed it.
