Council approved the purchase last night.  New Victory Red WBH arriving next week  Will have before and after photos after I get the lighting and graphics package installed

YESSSSS!  I must say, i am a little dissappointed, saw you post and thought that maybe you already had it!(impatient me)  But this will be sweet.  Im guessing since you said WBH it is not a 07+?
 
FyrFytr - I just looked up where Elkford is... holy cra that is a long way from my neck of the woods.  My girlfriend and i are going on a bit of a roadtrip/expedition through the interior and i gave a quick lookup of where Elford, BC is, wow that is out there.  Ill have to stop in if i ever commit to driving to Saskatchewan(one of my want to do's).

It's an '11  But doesn't have cladding on the bottom, which is what I thought WBH meant (Without Body Hardware??))

I'll have the coffee on.  It's as far East as you can go in BC pretty much - beautiful country though

I just love this forum.  As a soon-to-be-owner of a 2011 Av, I have been browsing through many of these threads for almost a month now.  I have always loved these trucks, but only recently convinced my wife that it was a good idea. ;D It was supposed to be delivered last week, but was put off for a few days b/c I opted for undercoating at the last minute.

I currently live in Richmond Hill ON, but have just moved here from Vancouver ... sheesh, maybe not the smartest move.

Looking forward to many future Av discussions.
 
Welcome pjeremyjones, why not sucha good idea to move to Ont.?  If i understand correctly what is happening in the world of the Avalanche, a lot more happens in the East along the lines of get togethers than in the west.

Anywho! Have fun with your new av cant wait to see some pics!

I truly miss the mountains and the ocean.  PLUS ... there isn't anywhere to snowboard after experiencing the North Shore Mountains and Whistler.  (n)

Blue Mountain in Collingwood, Ont. is pretty nice.  Not real challenging but it works.  http://www.bluemountain.ca/

Plus, you are close to Michigan where we have a lot of GTG's!!  >:D

Hey PJ!  :welcome:  I have been to a couple GTG's with the Michigan gang... They are awesome! DouglasOak and I always have a great time. Tell your wife she will have a great time. It's not just a bunch of "gearheads" but a great bunch of people you will share good times with.
