I have a 03' av with dual climate control, for awhile now any temperature settings from 60-89 it cold ac ice cold with not temp difference at 90 setting hot air blows finally it's getting colder outside and I would like to set it to 70-76 degrees and not omy have two choses either ice cold ac or hot hot air. What do I do change or what , where are the sensor or HELP
Thanks !!!!

The Temp sensor is in the roof above drivers head.

Some people have had air conditioner problems when they installed a new battery or had it disconnected for some reason. The temp control has a way to correct itself sometimes if you disconnect the battery for a few minutes, then you reconnect the battery with all the a/c controls turned off. You wait several minutes upon starting to let the a/c learn the new settings and recalibrate before you turn any air controls on.
Otherwise it could be the sensor itself  like MichiganSilver03 has posted.

Yes, disconnect battery for a while and then reconnect as your first step in fixing it.

I disconnected my battery n started truck, ac came on then 2 days later i turn ac on and its back to blowing out 1 vent again? Did I not do something right?

Not sure what you did and for how long Bunny but I would shut off a/c controls, then disconnect battery and leave it disconnected for 10-15 minutes or so then reconnect battery and wait a few minutes more to start AV and then once truck is running for several minutes then turn on you a/c. That gives those electronic brains in the AV time to wake up and run through their settings. Also don't be quick to shut everything off once you completed the start-up relearning phase.
I hope this helps you some.

Clear all codes with a capable scanner and allow vehicle to go through it's actuator position learns. It should end up at a setting of 75 degrees. If that doesn't fix your problem, post the HVAC codes that set after the clearing and I will help.

Simply disconnecting the battery may or may not trigger the reset correctly. There is a specific procedure with removing a specific fuse and other things, but I find it much easier to just clear HVAC codes to initiate the reset.

FYI there are multiple temp sensors in this system. Remember - dual zone...........

If you don't have access to a capable scanner and want your own for about $35 total ........ BAFX Bluetooth OBD2 device as sold on
Amazon (about $25). Car Diagnostic Pro app as sold on Google Play for Android phone (about $9).

Good luck
