Celebrity EXT Tagged In Portland

I spotted rapper, Nelly's sweet EXT in downtown Portland on Sunday the 1st of Dec, 2002.

He had it on a dolly being towed behind his tour bus.

The EXT was very nice. I wish I could tell a the size the rims were. They were at least 20's. Probably larger. They looked very good on it.

There was a considerable number of decals and stickers on the EXT promoting his name, image and CDs. There was a larger than life image of him on both sides. All of which was done very well and looked great.

On the tailgate there was large sticker reading, something like "Official After Hours Party Vehicle".

I will post the photos as soon as I can get them downloaded.

Please note that I did leave a club brochure on the windshield. I didn't try going in to hand it to him personally as I doubt I could get throw his security and that of the hotel.
 
After I shot photo #1, I nticed a couple guys getting out of a cab. Only after they went in side did I notice that the guy who is stepping into the shot looked a lot like the guy on the side of the EXT. Was it Nelly himself? Possibly.
 
It looks like those are foose spanks wheels those are most likely 23's or 24's

Nice Tag of a Vehicle.

I guess the best part of the tag is we now know that our Avs will fit on a Uhaul car carrier trailer. Great To know when my av is being towed to the east coast meet in 2003 behind someone elses Av. :eek: :eek: :cool: :cool:
 
now if he joins, we just need for him to show up and play for the club at the National meet this coming summer. >:D

Great idea, you could ride out, he could ride back. Save 1/2 the miles on each Av.
 
I wonder if this is one of those cases where cadillac GIVES him the truck as a publicity stunt to top it off the rim co. probably GIVES him the rims.
 
I wonder if I could swing a 'gives' deal like that? :D I would be more than happy to put miles on it showing it off and talking it up.
 
I thought it was pretty interesting that the mega buck tour bus was pulling the customized mega buck Caddy on a U-haul rental trailer. Very classy.
 
Durwin your not cursing (BTW you can't on this web site) but your doing good try to contact MTV.

The whole thing could have been a comercial for U-haul. Did anyone ever consider that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know. Wasn't me. Maybe they were taking up too much space in the grand scheme of things. I posted them before I had my own photo post site. I will see if I can find copies to post there. If so, I will post a link here for you.

That would be so funny is Nelly posted here... My g/f would flip - she likes his stuff... It's not for me though.
