Center bearing burning out

Help me out here peeps! I have a 2005 Avalanche and I am having an exhausting problem. I recently had my center bearing holding the yolk into differential. Well the bearing keeps burning out within 150 miles of it being replaced. I e had all the gears replaced, the bearings, and ring and pinion gears...hell I even had the differential housing changed. 1800.00 dollars later and driving it mildly to break in the gears, it is still going bad. Has anyone had this or heard of the issue. Throw it at me I need all the help I can get. Keep in mind, it is a brand new rear end, everything is new

Things it could be:
Bad bearings
Bad bearing lube
Bad bearing mounting location machining (out of round)
Alignment of yoke/driveshaft
Installation - (I think tapered so overloaded or underload)
Proper bearnig pre-load
Gears installed wrong - not enough backlash so binding on pinion

WHO DID WORK?

Is the truck lifted?

Asking to make sure the pinion angle is correct.

If the truck is not lifted, perhaps it's time for a different mechanic.

Sorry for your troubles, but when done correctly, this repair should last a long, long time.

It's not lifted...but does have 22" wheels but had the wheels on when I bought it over a year ago...and when it went bad about a month and a half ago, this is where I'm at.

Could the drive shaft be out of balance? If so would t I feel it when I drive it?

2wd or 4wd, do you have any vibration. Do you tow at all.

2WD and I haven't towed a thing since I've owned it...and have only experienced vibration randomly when braking which I attributed to not turning the brake rotors or bad front wheel bearings...but this happens randomly.

I know some of the 2wd AVs came with a aluminum driveshaft so check to see if a weights has come off. Also what rear gear ratio do you have ?

We are talking the pinion bearing right.?

But a weight off the drive shaft...you know I e seen the weights but not sure how many there were, and how many there is now. I'm looking at it like this...everything has been swapped out either new or used but within specs ( housing only)...the only other thing has got to be the driveshaft

Did you read my post about what could cause it?
have you had those checked yet?

My guess is who ever did work did not preload bearing correctly

Just got off the phone with the mechanic...the truck is ready. He said the pinion seal failed...I understand that parts/seals can fail, but I'm not too knowledgeable about the differential...other areas of the truck are no problem. So, does this sound like something legit?

How many bearings did you go thru?

yes a seal can go bad if damaged when installed or the yoke surface it rides on is not smooth anymore due to pitting or old seal groove.

Damaged seal would let oil out and possible water and dirt into bearing which is not good.
