After I had my new fuel pump installed, those pressures you listed are what I see when the key is turned on, whether the engine is running or not.
The problem I was having with my old pump was as soon as the key was turned off, the pressure dropped back to zero.
Now, with the new pump, the pressure stays high after the key is turned off.
Bad check valve in the old pump let the pressure drop when the pump was not running.
That caused poor starting.
But, once the engine started, the pump was able to keep up and the engine ran normally.
I'm sure it was just a matter of time before the entire pump gave up.
