Looks like its going to be a long weekend for Ashley and I.

She is getting Lasik on Thursday and we will be in the greater Pittsburgh area through Monday.

Can't wait to see everyone! :)

Also, for those meeting me at Summit Racing, we are leaving at 8:15 this year - not 8:30 like years past.

Yeah, about that. Debi's ears have been bothering her since right after Avy Pizza. She goes back for a follow up on Tues. If it's going to be nasty cold out, we're bailing on this one. Can't risk any more issues with her ears before going back to the Doc.
 
This year is looking to be one of our coldest outings for Christmas on Main Street.
The Volant forecast says high of 33 degrees and includes 20 mph wind as well. 
 
It?s been pretty cold the last few years, but manageable.

Flash back to the first year I came, we were sweating wearing shorts waiting in line for donuts...  :laugh:

I?m sure we will manage and adjust as we always do, and have a great time!

Ashley has her LASIK surgery today, so she will be resting up tomorrow for Saturday.

We?re staying near Ross Park Mall while we?re up here, so I?d say we will just the same meet y?all at the apple castle  Saturday morning.

Looks like rain tomorrow, so my now clean truck will probably be a nasty mess by Saturday.  :E:
 
Hotel is booked, and DirtyGirl and I will be leaving Canada Friday morning.
I put Ava into storage after she came out of the body shop from her little mishap back in May. I just put some new Brembo's on the front, gonna do a Synthetic oil change in the morning, along with a quick Seafoam treatment, and reinstall the tuner. I really hope we dont run into any snow along the way, cause she still has her summer shoes on!!  :beating:

Wet snow here now this morning. It'll go away later. You may want to reconsider the shoes on Her.

Awesome!!!! Very excited to see our friends from across the border.  >:D

Ashley was in pain last night, but after sleeping for 14 hours, she woke up this morning with near perfect sight!

Raining and nasty here this morning, so I hope This clears up by tomorrow...  :rolleyes: it says a snow flurry or two tomorrow, which is better than soaking rain, but nonetheless.

I?m just hoping they don?t salt the roads before we get home Monday.  :cry:
 
It has been an expensive venture to take Ava out of hibernation for the weekend. Just put a set of Brembo rotors and pads on the back of her this morning.
It's about 1:30 Canada time, and the bridge is packed. We are hoping to be at the hotel in Mercer around 7 p.m.
Can't wait to see all y'all tomorrow!
