Cleaning CORSA tips

I recently put corsa exhaust on my EXT and the tips do not look as new as they did about 5 weeks ago. I do wash the vehicle atleast once a week but usually do it 2 times a week. They look a bit discolored. Any one have any experience with cleaning it?

I used a stainless steel cleaner on them and scrubbed....it did help but not a lot.

I have used a stainless steel cleaner/polish and buffed by hand for a while. It looks better, and I will use a machine next time.

To get it to be as it was when new, you can send them to Corsa for buffing/polishing. Not sure what the cost is for that though.

I've said it before and I'll say it again ... Flitz. I polished up my Corsa tips the other day and they're still shiny. Its basically a stainless steel cleaner like others mentioned, and it does a dang good job. Highly recommend.

I use Mothers Billet Polish. Which works pretty
decently but because it has a wax base you have
to watch the cladding..

I'm curious about the Flitz product that was mentioned...

What kind of price and where can I pick it up

i have used everything from NeverDull, Mother's, and Brasso. the tips come out pretty good. all the grit and grime that you run over gets flung at the tips. this scratches and discolors. when i am done giving them the treatment they look much better. i think i will give the Flitz a try myself.

The only place I have ever found Flitz is at the gunclub I worked at in high school. I'm not sure if all gun clubs carry it, as its a metal polish. In fact I still have the original tube (similar to toothpaste) that I purchased 6 years ago since not a large amount is necessary. If I recall the cost is relatively cheap, maybe $10 at most. Just found that they have a website, that is cheap looking but hopefully will give you some better information http://www.flitz.com/

P.S. If it comes to where you can't find it, I can buy some of it and send it out to you guys but I really dont think that its that rare.
