Anyone figure out how to mount a clothes hanging rod in the back seat ??? With my new Mid-Deck (thanks Brian) the back would be perfect for clothes and other stuff on trips.

Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciatated

I go on a lot of business trips and I'm always taking clothes on hangars. Well obviously this doesn't work well with the Av. I was wondering if we could just go to GM and buy the hooks that come on the Tahoes and Suburbans and just install them ourselves into the headliner?

Anyone with more Av experience than me have any ideas?

Jeff (Indiana)

Maybe use a hook to hang from the hand hold that the clothes bar could hang onto...??

My silverado has hooks screwed into headliner, probably a bracket up there. These are just the plastic hook, not part of any molding and i thik these would work if you have something to grab with the screw.

I cut a piece of 1/2 emt conduit pipe and went from handle to handle. I put some velcro strips to hold the pipe to the handle. It work good enough for me.

Good hat holder too.

Here is a picture. I just used a piece that we had laying around at work. That is why it is slightly bent. When not in use I put it under the back seat.

I'd like to have something with the bar more in the middle of the backseat area, vs up against the front seats.
