Anyone done this? I have a couple of cracks I'd like to fix from the bottom then reinforce it to prevent future cracks. Anyone pull the dash? How bad a job is it? Is the truck still drivable?

There are many threads dealing with dash cracks and repair or replacement, many with photos and info. Take some time to read the old threads and you will find your answers.
Doing a word search I found 5 pages of posts:
Good luck with your repair!

I actually replaced my dash with a new one from the dealer. I supported the new one with lengths of pipe insulation because there is no support from the air bag to the instrument panel. Replacement was fairly simple just take your time and make sure you get all the screws. 8 mm, 10mm, philips head screwdriver and a trim removal tool is all you need. Make sure battery is disconnected during the process and when you are all done do not touch the automatic climate control for at least a couple minutes. There are YouTube videos on how to remove and repair but the top of mine was extremely brittle and beyond repair.

On my to do list after I purchase one. My neighbor replaced his dash this summer on his '13 Suburban. Said it wasn't too bad. He put some DynoMat sound deadener sheets on the underside at the weak areas where they typically crack. I'll be doing the same along with the additional foam support.

How much was the new dash? Maybe I'll just replace it.

I'm hoping lkq pick a part gets a compatible model for mine so I can try salvaging one if in good condition. Mine is destroyed previous owner did some dash work & broke many pieces. Many large cracks they silicone glued a plastic cover to it. Trying remove plastic cover just broke dash worse.
I plan on trying to add fiber glass or something underneath to thicken & strengthen new or used when I replace.
I have considered trying to add wetsuit like apholstry or a custom epoxy paint.
Only ever want to replace once lol
