Unlike Girl Scout Cookies, which have real girl scouts in the them, chinese sausage is pork sausage made teriyaki style. They are addicting and I will be sure to bring enough of them.

As for food I Will Bring My Infamous deep fried Turkey.(actually I will bring the fryer and do them there) I imagine 2 15 pounders should do the trick. :B:

We will have 2 grills going... I full size (THANK YOU RICH, N1NCZ) and the "Fire and Ice" from Bikerchic.... Rich will not be able to join us due to a previous engagement, but is letting us use his grill for the day.

We should have plenty with those two grills going.
